Wirewrap Bracelets
These designs were my introduction to being published by Lark Books In 2000. "Making Bead & Wire Jewelry" wound up featuring eight of my designs, including earrings and necklaces, but these bracelets were what led them to me! I've created my own design of dichroic bead which I call "Batik" for the way the translucent glass is laced across the surface of the dichroic glass underneath. Batik beads are shown in the bracelet samples below. Fire and water samples are in the left corner with more Batik samples.
Bracelets are then created using an old technique called wire wrap. The silver bracelets are 20 gauge sterling silver wire and the gold bracelets are 12k 21 gauge gold filled wire. Fits a standard medium wrist as 7.5", but can be custom made to fit your wrist, just indicate in the notes when you order. Measure your wrist then allow an extra 1/2" when ordering size.
